We just picked it up over the weekend 6-13 -26 in Jackson TN where it sat in a house for 50 years and was never touched. I have not run the serial numbers yet but it's going to be from the late 1920s early 1930s timeframe. Price listed is the core price only. We can restore it for the right buyer out of the Flat Creek TN shop but parts prices have gone up to insane levels in the last couple years.
Rebuilt Steinway M in overall good condition. Just arrived from a west Meade/ Franklin TN estate. Case is smooth and appears to be walnut. Does have a couple minor chips in the veneer on the very front of the arms. Clean chip free ivory keys. Note that this is not a credit card item. This piano is pristine mechanically but currently has a dated merlot finish with minor sun damage to horizontal surfaces. It will be listed as it is for 900 delivered. Almost finished up with this custom refinished Baldwin studio. Completely stripped and tank dipped parts, grain filled, sealed epoxy primed, followed by 6 coats of Nason urethane gloss black with another couple coats of clear. Very sharp. Bench matches, Gloss black frame and legs with a natural colored seat.
