Original packaging from 1962 I have not opened the screen box as it looks like its never been opened. Lamp is missing a bulb. Can deliver in the Nashville TN area. If you want this item shipped normally what we do on small stuff is just drop it at a UPS store and you contract with them on all boxing and fees from there.
